NVIDIA hasn't released a driver yet for your GFX cards, and NVIDIA might not release one. You can see here which GPUs are supported for Windows 10:

The ones highlighted in green already have Win 10 drivers, the other ones will get drivers at a later date.

Sadly, your graphics card (7000M) isn't on the list. Only 8200M or newer cards are on the list.
It isn't Microsoft's fault that NVIDIA dropped support for old GPUs.

If you still want to risk installing Windows 10, you can try using the Windows 10 Upgrade Media Creator Tool:
For Geforce 7000m: You will need the 179.48 beta drivers (released in 2009):
